Phil Dunlap, Of Counsel

Phil Dunlap practices principally in the areas of commercial and real estate law. Phil serves as counsel to several area banks and is involved in real estate and related fields of practice.

Phil has served as a director of the Texas Association of Bank Counsel and is a member of the Texas College of Real Estate Attorneys. A graduate of University of Texas School of Law in 1970, Phil is certified as a specialist in commercial real estate law and residential real estate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Phil currently serves on the boards of several local charitable organizations, including the United Way of Beaumont and the local Salvation Army advisory board. Phil was the 1998 recipient of the St. Thomas More Award presented by the St. Thomas More Society of Southeast Texas.
